It is on the first floor (no elevator), and 2 min walk from the metro Strasbourg Saint Denis (Line 4, 8, and 9) and 5 mins walk from Reameaur Sebastopol (line 4 and 3). An outstanding location in the 7th district of Paris, 2 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. Our luxurious, great standing apartment, has a beautiful spacious living-room, one separate bedroom, a bathroom, TV, internet and fully furnished kitchen. The apartment has no AC, since it's an old building, however there is a very good purifying fan/heater, that not only cools or heats very well, but also purifies the air, which is very helpful if you have allergies.

Picturesque top floor, central Paris

It's a very nice place to stay, typically Parisian. This is where I live all year round. I only rent this place during part of the school holidays and some weekends. Everything on site has sentimental value and I share with the guests that I welcome, the same quality that I appreciate for myself. So this is certainly a rental, but also a sharing. I love everything I have at home: dishes, books, furniture, etc.

This is a lovely apartment in the Marais, within easy reach of just about anything we wanted to see, and anywhere we wanted to eat. It was attractively decorated, with high ceilings, and got plenty of light. It was a pleasure to come home to and surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. My favorite places were the windowed corner nook in the living room and the patio, which has a table and chairs set among plants and vines, and had views of the sky and surrounding apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have prepared a nice if meal if w wanted to. Iris was a great host, generous with her local knowledge and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is in a co-op, and we didn't detect any resentment from the neighbors although we're obviously not owners. Highly recommended!

So this was my first time traveling with another family, so totaling 4 adults two 8 year olds, a 4 and 2 year old. This apartment gave us all enough privacy and work space as two of us had to work from Paris. We cooked breakfast every morning while literally walking to the corner to get fresh baked bread. Eating a robust breakfast is key when traveling with kids, the kitchen allows for all of us to sit and eat together! We never had to wait for a bathroom or shower! We made sure there was laundry so we could pack light, the washer and dryer are easy to use. Transportation was a simple walk to the subway / metro. Everything was awesome! My wife and I had a earlier arrival time, Michael allow us not only to leave our bags in the apt but also check in way earlier! Thank you for that, because my kids didn’t sleep in the plane:/ I would highly recommend this apt!

I am a fan of the original concept in Airbnb’s; where you are renting an actual persons home. I like to support a real person and not a corporate entity that is making a real estate play and modeling their rentals with cheap but photographical appointments. Danielle place caught my eye for location, and it looked comfortable and homey with a full list of amenities. What made my mind up was Danielle herself. I was more than happy to rent her place after the first message exchange and reading her bio. Immediately upon entering her place you feel her personality I highly recommend to any traveler or couple who likes a very honey feel. Everything is more than fine in terms of comfort. The small street keeps the noise from the adjacent street to a minimum. The neighborhood is full of cafes and specialty food shopping. There is ample space in the main studio and the kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. There’s a small terrace which is a plus. 5 stars in every category

The apartment matches the photos and even a little bigger than we imagined. Close to the subway and shops, it's easy to go wherever you want. The neighborhood is quiet. The bedding was perfect, we slept very well. The apartment is very well suited for a couple. Vanessa is super friendly and very responsive to messages.

I had a great week in this small but clean and cozy apartment. It is located in the backyard and hence extremely quiet, despite the bursting outside. Perfectly located, walkable everywhere, minutes from the beautiful canal. Ulisse is very responsive and helping host. Very recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at Nathalie's place. We regretted only staying two days. The landscapes of La Défense are grandiose but it remains calm. The accommodation is close to a metro station which allows you to quickly reach the heart of Paris. Nathalie was very responsive and accommodating regarding our departure. I would this property. In summer, however, it must be hot enough, so when you leave the accommodation, remember to close the exterior shutters and open the French window a crack so that the temperature is more pleasant.
