Vacation rentals with a patio in 1st arrondissement

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The place was lovely, homely, and exactly as described on the Airbnb site. It was perfectly located within walking distance of both the RER and Metro, making it easy to get around the city. One of the highlights was its proximity to the Eiffel Tower; we even walked there a couple of times! The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we wanted. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. Additionally, the location was close to shops and restaurants, giving us plenty of options for dining and exploring. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Paris. 🌟

Beautiful very large secure apartment with easy access to the bus line. Nathalie was a gracious host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very happy with my stay in this super sunny apartment, even bigger than in the photos and very conveniently located. The bedroom overlooks the yard, so super peaceful. The alley is quiet as well. Clément is very friendly! He made sure I was comfortable during my stay. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe thanks to the 2 doors that are on the ground floor and the security cameras. I look forward to returning in the coming months.

The location is perfect—just a short walk from Robinson RER station and right next to the cozy Sarah Baker Coffee. The neighborhood is quiet, green, and very pleasant. The house was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. Nathalie was a lovely host—kind, responsive, and very thoughtful. A pretty little apartment with good metro connections. Unfortunately, it borders areas that you shouldn't visit alone at night, which aren't really pretty either. But we had no problems with it. The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very attentive and friendly. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray with a flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and Champomy (for children) in the apartment. That was very sweet. Directly in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. Everyone who has ever been to Paris by car and looked for a parking space there will appreciate the apartment's own parking space in a closed parking garage. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

An unforgettable stay at Sam's! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and a real sense of hospitality. Sam is an exceptional host: responsive, caring and always ready to help to make the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was impeccable – clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly as advertised (if not better!). We immediately feel at home there. The location is also ideal, whether for relaxation or exploring the surrounding area. Thanks Sam for a great experience! I would recommend it without so much as a second thought, and I will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

Great place & location, a bit further out of the city but easily accessible & the area itself was lovely with stuff nearby to wander to in the event. House was lovely & perfect for what we needed, felt very safe.

Best Airbnb experience. Noémi's place is a house in the back yard of her home. excellent location near shops, the RER train, and a straight shot walk to the Versailles Chateau. Everything in the home was impeccably clean and well thought through. The kitchen was really well stocked with tools, there were toys for kids, everything worked well and the beds were the most comfortable ones we've ever slept in at an air BnB. beautiful and thoughtfully cared for outdoor space. we would love to stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Excellent accommodation and service from our host Olivier. In a quiet neighborhood, with security and close to bus and metro stations to move quickly, supermarkets and so on. The comfortable apartment, with everything you need to be able to quietly develop in it. I highly recommend it!

Eva's flat was very charming in a location really easy to get to. We often just walked rather than taking the metro but when we wanted to take the metro it was super accessible. The neighborhood is quite urban and lively. We jogged along the Canal Saint-Martin, enjoyed meandering around the city and also relaxing in her cozy flat. The bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Her flat is lived in which brings an added charm, with good light on the 5th floor. She always answered my messages really quickly and had great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in. We arrived on the last train and picked up a key at a hotel around the corner from her flat. Eva is friendly and easy going and we would absolutely stay again.

Great location and our host was flexible with check-in and was very responsive and made us aware of current events and alternate routes to take given that the marathon was occurring on our departure day. We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

Claire was a great host and the apartment was very cozy. The area is very clean, safe and located 5min to metro. It's very easy to get to the city centre. I recommend!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.
