Vacation rentals with breakfast in 1st arrondissement

The house is very nice and welcoming, with all the equipment and amenities available. We did not meet Catherine physically but we talked on the phone to find the house and get in, all without a problem. There are many mosquitoes (in the area) and Catherine has left spirals and preventive and soothing sprays, which is very nice. In short, we had a good stay.

Elisabeths house is really wonderful. Lot’s of windows, making it a very pleasant atmosphere. The view is nice and you can easily walk to the old town of Lyon. We really, really enjoyed our stay.

We were 4 adults and 5 children, despite an unfavorable time, everyone had fun and we were able to make the most of the pool, there are plenty of games for children in the house as in the garden. The living space is large, the rooms very well decorated and the beds really comfortable!! The +; Christmas Mayor is very generous in her hospitality, at her place you will not miss anything! I recommend++

For me, it's an airbnb like at home. this is a rare opportunity.

This apartment is perfectly located, with countless attractions and activities just a short walk away. The nearby metro makes exploring further destinations incredibly convenient. The space itself was spotless and equipped with everything needed for cooking and maintaining the apartment. The balcony, complete with a table and chairs, offered a peaceful retreat. The apartment was exceptionally quiet even in a student housing building. Marlene’s thoughtful touch of leaving local treats added a warm welcome to my two-month stay.

Lorie and Fifi's apartment is very well equipped, pleasant and quiet. I recommend it for both short and long stays (I stayed there 10 nights).

Excellent Airbnb. It was so nice to stay at an accommodation where you feel right at home. Spacious, comfy bed and had everything we need. There was a supermarket and restaurants very close by which made settling in very easy. The location was great. Lyon eas beautiful and you can also go on day trips to explore France. I'd recommend Annecy if you want to see magnificent scenery.

Had fantastic week in Lyon the appartment was in a fantastic location walkable everywhere and the view was amazing ,it was very comfortable especially the bed .Marie-Audes husband met us who was very friendly and helpful with information and restaurant recommendations.Thanks for a wonderful say in your home .

A very special mention for Frédéric and Stéphane who are fabulous!!! You can book without a second thought. It's a gem! Perfectly located for a weekend in Lyon.! The parking is well located for putting the vehicle on. They were kind enough to accompany us to the train station to enjoy the 2024 festival of lights. Very responsive, attentive and caring hosts. A home away from home and impeccably clean with a very nice decoration. Breakfasts are homemade and delicious. I would recommend this listing without reservation.
