Vacation rentals with breakfast in 15th arrondissement

Large house 30 min from Paris, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Under the supervision of koukie, the cat, we had a pleasant stay with our 3 children who took full advantage of the heated pool, trampoline, ping pong and the forest next door. A real vacation!

Dale and Gilles' place is beautiful. Some of Dale's brilliant paintings feature in the self-contained duplex. Check in was easy and the local recommendations were appreciated, as was the alacrity of responses to our questions. it's a spotlessly clean and stylish place in quiet surroundings with a beautiful courtyard. My friend and I particularly appreciated the flexibility on check out times. We loved Missy the Maine Coon and hope to visit again. Thank you, Dale and Gilles.

it's a very nicely furnished and comfortable house, with tons of space and very high end appliances and TV. the hosts were very responsive. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Madalena has been a wonderful host, from the beginning, before we always get to respond quickly to any questions. Once in her house she was attentive to any need I could have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, 10 m walk from the train station and with buses 2 m away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

This was for sure the best experience we've had. The apartment is super cozy and at the same time quite spacious, with a separate bedroom and living room. It is located in a great district that is a pleasure to explore and get a feeling of real Paris without too many tourists. Two metro lines within 1-minute walking distance to get to all the tourist attractions you could imagine :) Anne Sophie is a great host, she was responsive, gave us tons of local recommendations, and provided all the necessary instructions. She cares about her guests and it feels in every detail. Anne Sophie made our trip unforgettable and we definitely would love to be her guests again :)

It was really great stay at Eva's place. She communicated very well with me and made my stay in Paris very warm. She is very friendly and responsive. Her place is very very clean and well organized, which was actually the most clean Airbnb I have stayed. I also had everything I needed in this place (e.g., towel, hair dryer, pots and dishes). I picked her place since this flat had a proper bed, which was very comfortable. And yes, you could see Effel tower from her place. The neighbourhood is more like a resident area, thus calm and full of small cafe and restaurant (but it is super close from all tourist attraction). I really appreciated this surrounding. I loved it so much, and decided to have a longer stay here again in a near future. See you soon, Eva!

Sophie's place is cozy and very clean. We enjoyed being very close to Montparnasse and a metro access. Great welcome with little touches and flexible schedules, which is nice. 👍 We will come back without hesitation. Thanks Sophie.

Amazing place. So close to the Eiffel Tower we could Just run out at dark and watch the lights Flash. Amazing bakery couple of stores down and fresh fruit in the store next door.

Alexandre's apartment was perfect for our 5-day stay in Paris. It is a beautiful apartment and so close to public transit to get anywhere in the city. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The personal restaurant recommendations are awesome and he is a speedy communicator. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and the instructions to check-in were very clear. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Christine was really nice. She always replied the messages quick, give me tips of what to do around and was flexible with check in and check out. I could leave my luggages at her place after check out, what was amazing. And she bought us food for the first breakfast. I highly recommend her place, was everything we needed for our stay in Paris. A one-night stopover for a December 31st! Véronique is charming and the bed and breakfast we occupied is very beautiful, furnished with great taste, the calm is perfect, everything is very comfortable with a very good bed (and linen sheets I think😍). The surroundings seemed very beautiful to us even if we did not stay long and they are certainly beautiful in spring!

Pascal couldn’t have been more welcoming, engaging and helpful. He’s a wealth of knowledge regarding all things Paris: history, culture, restaurants, etc.; our trip to Paris was enormously enhanced by his helpful recommendations, reflections, and insights. In short, he’s a cultural touchstone unto himself. The apartment was delightful and quirky…an apt reflection of its host. We especially enjoyed the petit-déjeuner with homemade preserves, bread and yogurt. We’ll be back!

I already stayed at Margaret's place and felt straight away at home. Big room, big bathroom with bathtub, desk to work and garden view, a gem in the heart of Vincennes so close to Paris by M1. Highly recommend.

It was my second time staying in this B&B, earlier with my daughter, now with my husband and again it was extremely well liked. Extremely friendly people, nice clean room with lovely shower, tasty and extensive breakfast! Super flexible people! We could check in earlier and were allowed to leave our bags on the last day to pick them up before departure. Really nice! By metro, you can reach all the sights in Paris within half an hour and Notre-Dame can even be reached by a kilometer or 4 (40 minutes). Close to the B&B is the large shopping center Italie Deux on Place d'Italie. And there are nice boulangeries nearby and on Fridays and Sundays there is a large fresh market around the corner. Best hôte ever ! So indeed there is the high quality of the room, bedding and luxury bed linen, private bathroom... There is also proximity to the metro, excellent sound insulation, beautiful terrace... But above all, there is Cathy's hospitality, delicacy, and quality of attention. I felt incredibly pampered!

In addition to the room which is in a very nice warm, quiet, and comfortable house, Corinne and her husband's welcome was really pleasant: simple, accommodating, attentive. We really had a great stay at your place, we felt good and really enjoyed our interactions! I highly recommend it. Thank you Corinne!
