The cottage is 10 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey Islands, 700m from the beach, the GR 223, and 5 minutes from the golf course of Granville, the horse club and the balneotherapy center "Prévithal". From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

South facing apartment in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the 2nd floor without elevator. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives an impression of a living painting from anywhere. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a night space in addition to the bedroom independent of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.
