"Ruf'n IT" is a 2/1 Waterfront home w/ TV/WiFi just off the main river w/ 10 single kayaks and a youth paddle board. There is dock space for your boat, canoe, or kayaks w/ space to park your trailer. The living space provides 1250 squ ft w/dining area. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the screened lanai and a spiral staircase up to the loft w/TV and kid space. NO SMOKING 🚭 on the property. This tiny/efficiency size home is right on the water. Large canal that leads into the Weeki Wachee River. Just a few minutes in one of the kayaks or canoe included with the home and you’re in the crystal clear spring fed waters of the main river and Hospital Hole dive destination (Google it). Your close to everything when you stay here. Too much to list please Google the Weeki Wachee river and area to see it all.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage on a canal off of the Weeki Wachee river only a 10 minute paddle to crystal clear water . And I’m super excited to let everyone know the seawall has just been completed looks amazing definitely has transformed our property. The next phase will be a dock so as of now no dock so if you like to bring a boat only people with power poles will be able to do so . No where to tie off yet .
