Situated in the most ancient neighbourhood, only to 5 minutes by walking to the beach and very close to the Club Golf de Pals (15 min by walking). You can find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, souvenirs... The apartment has a small space in the entrance for park one car. Dining room, open kitchen with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower. At the entrance there is a 10m2 patio.

The house consists of two floors, on the ground floor a large entrance with seating area and sofa bed with access to the backyard of the house, a bathroom and the kitchen with fireplace. It also has a large garage. Upstairs there are two double rooms, a single room, with access to a terrace overlooking the village bell tower, and a bathroom.
