Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The apartment with 64 square meters is located on the 1st floor of a residential building and has 3.5 rooms, including 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed of 1.80). In another 1.5 rooms is the living area with pull-out sofa, access to the balcony, TV and free Wifi. In the dining room there is a cozy dining area and access to the fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful apartment - only 3 km to Lake Constance

The apartment is located in the basement of our house and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed lying area 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel cot for 3rd person if necessary. Both are not possible at the same time.Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. High chair will be provided if needed.

Comfortable and family-friendly attic apartment

My accommodation is centrally located, "Neue Mitte“, in Überlingen, just 850 meters from the historic old town and the train station, the lake can be reached on foot in about 11-15 minutes. Various shopping facilities are available within a radius of 150 metres. A car parking space is available free of charge directly at the house, to the bus stop it is only 100 meters. The DG apartment has: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 living-kitchen with 1 sofa bed.

Completed in spring 2018, the apartment is accessed via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "sea time". Nice 2 rooms. Apartment with terrace

A sunny, spacious apartment furnished in a modern style incl. Kitchen, separate bedroom with a double bed and in addition. Sofa bed (at Res. 3 pers., shower and private terrace. In order to offer our guests the best possible rest, we deliberately do without a TV. The city center, Lake Constance and shopping are within walking distance. Important: Tourist tax 3.30€ per P/night to be paid on arrival. Vacation home is not suitable for craftsmen.

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben inzwischen eine Ladestation für E- Autos.

Beautiful apartment 2 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony and then spend the day in the beach 2min away. In the evening, stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the balcony. It could look something like this, a holiday in our holiday apartment directly on Lake Constance.

The 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
