Beautiful penthouse in the waterfront area

Guests will love this house for the brightness, silence, the many comforts and the beautiful view of the harbor and the waterfront. In the morning you can enjoy the sun rising from the sea and in the evening appreciate the sea breeze after the heat of the day, or go down to be in the middle of the Crotonese nightlife, eat good fish or a simple pizza in the many places on the waterfront without having to use the car while the children can play in the areas equipped with the inflatables.

Super cosy and elegant flat: Suite D'Orlando.

La nostra casa di famiglia di origine. L'appartamento è caratterizzato dalle belle cementine originali: è luminoso, fresco, ventilato, ben arredato e accessoriato. Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.

Simple but fully stocked house. It consists of: three bedrooms, two double bedrooms one with two single beds, one with a bunk bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Located on the promontory in the protected sea air; a few meters away there is a staircase that leads to the sea. Full of backdrops for snorkeling lovers. The house is in a very peaceful area; a place to relax while forgetting everyday stress. The house is open to the sun, the wind and the voice of the sea.
