For our own use, we offer our approximately 200 years old, refurbished cabin. Here, alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage has an area of around 50 square metres and is the perfect place to stay for four. It is situated on a sunny slope. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltaler Gletscherbahn and many destinations for hiking, climbing, ski/hiking skiing, canoeing and much more. Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 has been lovingly and thoughtfully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a nice holiday here in the middle of wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in the chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious outdoor seating offer unobstructed views.

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. The apartment is located next to the local ski hill (Grosskirchheim). You can ski in and ski out all day long. We are in walking distance to the supermarket and outdoor rock climbing tower and swimming pool. Heiligenblut ski resort is only 15 min away by car or Bus.

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.

Chalet di nuova costruzione, con finiture in legno vecchio e completamente ecosostenibile. Nel bagno troverete una vasca per due persone, vogliamo darvi la sensazione di immergervi in un lago di montagna, più precisamamente nel Rio Bianco (Weissenbach). Per progettare lo chalet ci siamo immedesimati in voi ospiti, pensando a cosa avremmo voluto trovare noi in una tipica baita di montagna e da qui è partita l'idea.
