Quiet and central apartment

Located in the heart of Vienna, just opposite the city park, this newly furnished apartment offers a quiet living atmosphere in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. The location is excellent with the proximity to the city center as well as to the Vienna-Mitte traffic junction via the cat Airport Train, the express train as well as the subway 3 and 4. This new apartment has all the amenities to make your stay in Vienna unforgettable. A newly refurbished, radiant 3 room apartment, located on the 4th floor, comfortably accessible by lift. Situated within one of the most beautiful and verdant residential zones it is not far from the city center, with quick access to public transportation. The closest bus stop is merely 2 min. away, with roughly 20 min. travel time to reach the 1st district. Grinzing, Neustift and the Wienerwald are among the immediate surroundings. Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

At approximately 995 m2, this charming log cabin is approx 35m2 with gas boiler / WC / shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Our house is located in the heart of St. Andrä-Wördern, on the edge of the Vienna Forest, in the immediate vicinity of the Danube Trail, the city of Vienna, Tulln and Krems with the wonderful Wachau. Very well connected with public transport facilities such as train and bus. Swimming lake and hiking opportunities easily accessible by foot or by bike. Family and animal friendly. Shopping in the immediate vicinity. Bike rack available.

Altenberg/Greifenstein offers a broad range of leissure possibilties (swimming, mountainbiking, hiking,...)
