South facing, traditional farmhouse,tastefully renovated. Very peaceful position on the edge of a small village. Large, private garden with lovely elevated views , two patios and use of a further acre of grass, orchard and trees. House is on a very quiet road. Ideal for outdoor pursuits with lovely walks from the house and fishing nearby. Child and motorbike friendly! Medieval Aubusson 20 mins. Well equipped,flexible acommodation,washing machine,sunloungers, bbq. Electric car charging possible.

A very peaceful traditional cottage dating back to around 1800 in a small picture perfect hamlet for 4/5 persons, renovated in 2018 to a luxury standard near the historic town of Aubusson. There is a large sociable open plan kitchen, dining, living area, with a large fireplace containing a wood burner, leading to a private walled courtyard garden ideal for alfresco dining or a BBQ. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a free standing bath and a large walk in shower.

Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.
