Stylish apartment in a award-winning house

The beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment is set in a with the architecture prize >the best house 2009< awarded house in the 6th district. It is located in a quiet backyard, nestled in a green area and easily accessible in the heart of Vienna. A small terrace invites you to linger. Due to the very central location of the apartment it is very easy to get around and all the places of interest are very close. Public transport is just a stone's throw away and takes you everywhere you want to go. City Centre is in reach within a 10-15 min walk and with public transport you get there even quicker. The longest shopping street, Mariahilfer Strasse, is right up the road and the famous Vienna State Opera just a 10 min drive with the subway away. To get a little bit away from the city life and into the green, the famous Schloss Schoenbrunn and Prater are easy to reach with the Public Transport close to the apartment. The absolute top location offers holidaymakers and business travelers the best transport connections to all sights and cultural institutions of the city as well as to the most important business centers, the Vienna Fair and the Prater. We are renting out a full apartment including a kitchen and a private bathroom. For people who like to sit outside, a little outside area is connected to the apartment as well. We are living right next door so if there are any questions coming up during your stay, you are always welcome to ring the bell and ask us. We are happy to help you with the tickets. The heart of the 6th district is the lively pedestrian zone Mariahilfer Straße with many shops. Classic Viennese coffee houses, theatres, opera and concert halls and museums for culture lovers are within easy reach. The Viennese Naschmarkt with open-air food stalls provides culinary enjoyment. The Westbahnhof as well as the underground stations U3-Westbahnhof, U4-Margaretengürtel, U6-Gumpendorferstraße and the bus line 57A are in the immediate vicinity. Airport connection by bus or S-Bahn, the main station is well connected by tram line 18. The apartment is close to central public transport which includes the U6, U3, 57A. The train station "Westbahnhof" is only a 10 min walk away.

Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. And of course, the house is fully equiped, even for longer visits! Have a nice stay!

Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the city center in an absolute quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden flooring combined with modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, wi-fi, Playstation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even in the hot summer days.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
