The apartment is non smoking only, but has a peaceful inner courtyard for sitting (and smoking) outside. AMENITIES • Fully furnished • Cable TV and unlimited wireless • Fully equipped kitchen • Bathroom with large shower • Utility room with washing machine • Fresh towels and bed linen You have your own apartment and the sitting place in the coutyard in front of your apartment is only for you. I live and work in the same house. So if you have any questions, I am very close! The apartment is in the 7th District, Vienna’s popular design and fashion neighborhood. Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Newly built apartment 2+kk in a quiet part of town with terrace, wifi, parking and lockable bicycle. The accommodation is located just 20 minutes walk to the city center. Maximum capacity 4 persons. On the ground floor of the apartment is equipped kitchen with fridge, induction hob, coffee maker and dishwasher. Upstairs, there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. Close to the apartment is a bike path (60m), supermarket (300m), swimming pool (350m) and railway station (700m).

There will be an extraordinary, gilded, but also cozy three-room apartment on the fourth floor with an amazing view of the Mikulov chateau and the Holy Hill. If you share a passion for bicycles, come and we will safely store them in the cellar. Parking 7 min walk from the apartment, paid 50 CZK/day. Tourism fee 25 CZK/day + person must be paid in cash before departure.

Apartment B no. 405 is located in the historical center of Mikulov, in Residence Pod Zámkem. It offers a beautiful view of Mikulovsky Castle. This is a brand new, comfortably furnished apartment of about 37 square meters including a bike cubicle (a room in the hallway next to the entrance door to the apartment). An undeniable advantage is its own parking in the yard and wine cellar, which is part of Building B Rezidence Pod Zámkem. The apartment is fully equipped, can accommodate up to 5 people.

Můžete si u nás uschovat vlastní kola nebo vám půjčíme naše za poplatek. Máte u nás možnost ochutnat i zakoupit vynikající vína z okolí. Uvítáme vás a poradíme vám se vším co budete potřebovat. Je možné vás po dohodě vyzvednout z nádraží nebo z letiště v Brně a ve Vídni. Těšíme se na vás, Petr a Míša.
