Fully refurbished to a very high standard Gite Deco offers a spacious 2 floored town house over 807ft² (75m²). It is set just seconds from our Boutique Maison Deco, however it benefits from a quiet location within the old historical chapter near the church and all amenities of the lovely Town. We are located in Southern Central France just North of the beautiful city of Limoges. Often referred to as the French Lake district we are near to Lac St Pardoux including swimming beaches & an aqua park.

Our large property is steeped in tradition initially housing staff for the Chateau and formally then a hotel. Our property is in a peaceful location with countryside garden views, yet just a few minutes' walk to two restaurants/ bars & five minutes’ walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat main square with its bars, restaurants, shops and train station giving access to Poitiers, Limoges & Paris. The pretty courtyard & large garden are home to fruit trees. With sun/ shade spots & wildlife.

Set in 3 acres of grounds this self-contained property benefits from well-appointed accommodation with beautiful views from all windows towards the garden, private outside dining area & 10x5m in-ground pool (May-Sep). The lovely gardens are home to numerous fruit & nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens and 5 rescue cats.

Comfortable cabin in the middle of the trees. Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the hut, is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, sign of frozen...) and 3 minutes from the heart of the city of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the memory center of Oradour Sur Glane and 20 minutes from Limoges, city of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

Relax at this peaceful place + heated pool (June - Sept) + aircon*. The Gite is in a small hamlet. It has been renovated to retain its character but offer everything you need. The equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine etc. The ground floor room opens onto the private garden with a gas BBQ and heated pool.
