The rental space is the lower unit in a two story house. The studio is all on one level and does not require stairs to enter. The ocean can be seen and heard all day, and there is a private trail which leads to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Architecturally exquisite! Set in quiet, beautiful, peaceful, gardens with large pond. Gorgeous custom-made furniture, new stereo with Air Play, spa-like glass block shower. Radiant heat. One loft bedroom, one downstairs. Short walk over dunes to deserted Ten Mile Beach. Since access is limited, the beach is virtually empty- a coastal secret. I live on the property with my golden retriever and cat ( not allowed in the cottage) but after check-in I want my privacy just as much as you do.

We'd like to invite you to stay at our beautifully furnished cottage located 3 miles north of FB, 1/2 mile from the ocean on 15 beautiful acres in the sunbelt. Relax in the peaceful redwoods while enjoying your own private deck with a firepit for nightime bonfires, and a hot tub for luxuriating in warm water while you view the stars in the clear sky. There's a fully appointed kitchen with all the amenities, so stay as long as you like. The cottage is not suitable for children under ten.

The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.

Located in a quiet, rural area our beautiful, secluded, private, cozy cabin is located just north of Fort Bragg near the end of a gravel lane. The cabin is just one mile from the beach and a few minutes drive from downtown and its numerous restaurants and galleries. Also just a few minutes drive are the Skunk Train, Glass Beach, the Noyo Headlands Park and Coastal Trail, MacKerricher State Park and Pudding Creek Beach.

The Photographer's Studio

The studio is a sun-filled, very spacious private room with en suite bathroom, and South facing deck, located in a separate building behind the main house in a large flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with Felix our playful tuxedo cat and Blossom our McNab Shepherd. We also rent "Osprey Aerie", the apartment upstairs, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
