Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Studio # 10 close to Spreewald Therme

Our new studio offers you on 40 square meters a tastefully furnished room with a double bed in the country house style as well as a spacious kitchen. The modern bathroom with tub and shower possibility offers plenty of space. You have a nice view of the typical nature of the Spreewald on 40 square meters. The studio is located in the attic,an elevator takes you to the apartment door. A car parking space as well as a private enclosed storage room for bicycles are available free of charge.

Our cozy holiday apartment for two people is located in an ecologically built house in the small village of Möllen. In addition to an approx. 25 sqm large room, it has a separate entrance, with hallway and shower room and a small cooking facility. From the apartment you have a beautiful view of the Schwielochsee. In the large garden there is a separate cozy sitting area and lounger, and the jetty on the lake invites you to go fishing, sunbathing, swimming and romantic sunsets.

The 50 square meter studio is well-equipped and is divided into a hallway, bathroom and a very spacious living, sleeping and kitchen area. The location is central but still very quiet, overlooking the large courtyard. Highlight of the apartment is the large and inviting terrace to relax. To discover Berlin, you can walk to one of Berlin's most famous nightlife districts (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) and quickly by U-Bahn and S-Bahn to all other Berlin sights.

Beautiful wooden house with private bathing dock

Enjoy the beauty of the nature as you stay in this special place. Its location is unique and invites you to tranquility and seclusion. The cottage is very tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you might need in general. Shopping in Prieros can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot. However, it is recommended to have a car or bicycle available to explore the surroundings or to visit more distant restaurants.

Old Flachsfarm

The farm is located at the edge of the Spreewald, but not overrun by tourists - like the Spreewald itself. There is a huge plot of land at your disposal that has been lovingly designed by two designers. The old flax farm can also be rented for seminars and workshops. There is a sauna with glass front overlooking the garden. This can be booked at an extra cost. This also applies to the barn.

The holiday apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. A contactless stay with check in via key box is possible. However, we are happy to greet our guests ourselves. The property is only for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed upon via a request. The accommodation is not barrier-free.
