NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

Almhaus Louise und Almhaus Oscar (je 4 Zimmer, ca. 104 m² Wohnraum, 9 Betten, erbaut 2008) liegen direkt im Skigebiet Zillertal Arena an der Gerlosplatte/Plattenkogel auf 1.700 Metern Höhe. Im Winter absolut schneesicher - im Sommer eine Oase der Ruhe. Sie können fast bis zur Haustür skien, und im Sommer sofort loswandern, da zwei Wandelrouten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Häuser liegen.

It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml waterfalls are just a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to Zillertal stops about 5 minutes away by foot. By car you need about 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, pony, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
