Both for a business stay with good transport links and proximity to large concerts or private recreation. In the immediate vicinity hiking opportunities, bike routes, Asia Spa within walking distance, brewery museum, culinary delicacies etc. Also ideal for sporting events at the Red Bull Ring such as the Formula 1, Moto GP etc.

Perched at the feet of the Southern Alps, our yurt sits raised on the sunny side of a long, forest covered valley, far away from civilization. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, the beautifully furnished and bright yurt is a great spot to get some headspace in nature, do some hiking or to enjoy a romantic, long weekend with a loved one. The air is pure, the fresh spring water is delicious and the view of the night sky is incredible. WIFI and cell phone reception are not available.

This small apartment in the middle of the Gesäuse offers all nature enthusiasts a home to feel good. In the summer it is optimal for hiking, mountaineering and also white water tours in the Enns. In winter you can cross-country ski, snowshoe, ski touring, skiing and everything else your heart desires. As a bad weather program, Admont Abbey would be good. The hostess is always informed about hiking trails and much more. She'd love to answer any questions you might have.

Bichl hut, a drop-off cabin with comfort

Ideal dropout hut feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the nature park Ötscher-Tormäuer and beautiful mountain and hiking routes ! Bike enthusiasts especially like the Ybbstaler bike path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers don't get short either. In the surrounding restaurants, guest and inns, they are well spoiled for culinary delights. Access to the hut is possible by car, via a gravel road.

This is your chance to stay in a very special place in our 30 m2 Tiny House for 2 people. The interior is composed to provide you with basic amenities. The space is well equipped with a double sofa bed, electric heater, electric two burner stove, tea/coffee maker, mini fridge, pots/pans and basic supplies for preparing a quick meal. We also have a basic bathroom, with a toilet and running hot water from our boiler for a quick shower in the iron tub.

The Troadkasten is an old grain store, a traditionally built Hozhaus, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. A retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome, chickens, cats and farm dog Luna roam freely around the yard.

Lunz on the lake apartment with a view

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. There are deer, chickens, cats and bees here. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I build as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. They live with us on the first floor of our house. They have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment ( 103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
