※※ 因寒假期間較多大學生房客,能理解人數較多的團體出來玩難免比較活潑熱鬧,也很開心能提供cp值良好的住宿給大家,無奈此房源位處寧靜住宅社區,且老公寓的地板較薄,所以晚間十點後請勿喧嘩,飲酒勿過量(因上禮拜有組房客吵鬧到樓下住戶叫警察),所以要預訂前請先自我評估能否遵守房源規定哦,感謝配合~ Hi 您好歡迎您參考入住我的房源由於此房源有開啟直接預訂功能,未避免造成雙方的困擾,請先看過房源描述瞭解後再下訂,若有疑問可先訊息詢問,會儘快如實回覆,感謝! 以下是常見的房源提問及入住相關懶人包,提供給對平台不熟或是懶得去一個一個點進去查看的用戶: *房源位於公寓二樓,沒有電梯 *整戶約30坪,有前後陽台 *格局為三房兩廳一衛 *步行至羅東夜市約15分鐘 *步行至羅東運動公園約5分鐘 *無停車位,100公尺左右有路邊收費停車格,晚上十點至早上八點不收費(步行至房源約2~6分鐘) *有地下室可停放機車,不需按照住戶格停,但3.4台以上的話請盡量靠邊停以免影響其它住戶權益。 *羅東鎮內有免費觀光巴士可搭乘到達,班次距離約30-40分一班,考慮此交通方式請在轉運站搭乘藍線至北成國小站.觀天下站.或是培英公園站,到站須再步行2~3分鐘 *附近飲食方便,步行5分鐘距離內選擇多樣性,最近的便利商店步行2分鐘 *三間房都有冷氣,客廳沒有,將房門打開加風扇整個空間一下就會很涼了 *廚房有大冰箱,電磁爐,火鍋湯鍋,微波爐,快煮壺,brita 3.5L濾水壺,IKEA玻璃龍頭水壺.碗盤組.杯組.刀具跟砧板等 ※不提供明火※若需煮食建議使用電磁爐煮火鍋湯麵類,瓦斯爐請勿使用。沒有飲水機。 *房子裡沒有住貓 *房子裡也沒有住房東 *房子裡一次只收一組房客,就算兩人入住也不會有其它房客 *兩人入住可開放兩間房 *四人以下訂房預設不開放單人房,請勿隨意進入取用床單備品,若希望使用單人房也請先詢問再依照您的訂房需求安排 *前陽台有一隻常來串門的橘白色浪貓 *若想帶您的寵物入住請先詢問,可視情況斟酌接受(不掉毛品種不另收費) *若同意寵物入住,請讓寵物在公共區域如客餐廳,廚房,衛浴及前陽台等地方活動,禁止跳上沙發及進房上床鋪,被套沙發套等若沾上寵物毛髮,投幣式洗衣店不給洗,洗衣店也通常不接受,萬一退房後發現會酌收額外清潔費用,也請您儘可能保持公共區域的整潔,會提供些許清潔用品,貓沙盆尿布墊等請自行準備 *洗衣機及洗劑可使用不需投幣(請勿洗寵物用品或鞋子，沒有烘乾機 *有吹風機，手持燙衣機 *有提供洗髮精.沐浴乳,浴巾※牙刷請自備※ *有火災偵測器,一氧化碳偵測器,瓦斯偵測器,以上只會發出警示功能,不會噴水或連線其它單位,簡易醫藥箱,陽台逃生門,目前沒有滅火器 *客廳有55吋BENQ電視,非智慧型,沒有第四台,有使用數位天線可收看的一些頻道,有chromecast可使用 *客廳的鋼琴無法彈 *外出時請記得關門鎖門,貴重物品也請妥善保管隨身攜帶,沒有保險箱 *退房時請別忘將門鎖上,並將鑰匙放回密碼盒中轉散密碼後再放回信箱 *一般情況下皆使用密碼盒自行入住，若喜歡房東迎接介紹環境或設備使用方式請於約定時間抵達~超過20分鐘不候, 入住之後房東都不會前來打擾,有問題傳訊息都會儘快回應解決,像是遇上衛生紙等備品用完了需要買過去,或是燈泡壞了要更換.瓦斯沒了要房東叫等等,若因房客外出時間無法配合上,會打電話或傳訊通知之後直接進入處理(將您需要的備品放置於公共區域或是需前往後陽台),房間燈泡壞了而您不希望人不在場時房東進入房間,那就是放在公共區域,返回後自行換上,無法在大門外等您回來,介意隱私者請先行溝通您希望的處理模式,以免造成不必要的糾紛 *預訂住宿一週以上住房賴我其它優惠方案可選擇 *若您的airbnb帳號目前沒有任何房東評價請不要逕行預訂房源,請先打聲招呼我會回覆您的疑問,並向您了解是否已知悉預訂內容,流程以及入住守則 *其它想到再補上 *希望打了這麼多能讓對我的房源有興趣的省去一來一往等待房東回覆的時間迅速得到相關資訊,也期望各位旅客都能找到適合且滿意的房源入住,若還有不清楚的地方歡迎再向我提問,關於景點或美食,交通相關皆歡迎,也希望選擇入住的您都能有趟愉快的旅程~
