Stunning views of the mountain range including Volcan Momotombo and all the tranquility and charms of the countryside make this a perfect quiet getaway. It's location halfway between Leon and Managua makes it also an ideal stop for the adventurer that is taking in all the volcano experiences. Our excellent WIFI is great for the remote worker to catch up on work. Backpackers can be picked up in Nagarote at the highway and brought to the farm. Well-appointed house in gated residential community 12km (7.5mi) west of Managua. Recently renovated, new appliances, pillow-top beds, linens, pillows, towels, dinnerware, cookware. Porch, living room-dinning room-kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with hot water, terrace with lawn, washboard and clothes line in backyard, 6 ceiling fans + AC units in all bedrooms (FEE $6 per unit per day for 10 hours a day), sleeps 6 in 5 beds. Leisure and business travelers welcomed for short- and long-term stays.

Excellent, comfortable and safe location, in Colonial Los Robles, surrounded by a great variety of restaurants, shopping center (MetroCentro), cinemas, pharmacies, and everything so close that you can walk, between 1-4 blocks. And crossing the street, the beautiful Japanese park of Managua, for walks, exercises or full fun for children. In addition, 5 minutes driving to the Camino de Oriente area and 7 minutes to the Galerias mall and Centro Comercial Managua shopping center.

Un lugar seguro para descansar que cuenta con los servicios básicos para toda su familia, sobre todo si tiene niños. La casa además cuenta con un porche amoblado para disfrutar de la tarde o la noche. El residencial cuenta con Supermercados cerca, super express donde puede realizar pagos y depósitos. Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
