Tranquil, riverfront, apartment with front entrance. SPLIT LEVEL home, rental is the lower level, downstairs, with 1 bedroom and another room with sleeper can be used as a 2nd bedroom. Living room area is dining area, office space, comfy seating, and a massage chair!. Full bath, best showerhead, soaps, shampoos, and towels. Pull out sofa bed for larger parties. Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

My place is convenient to Joint Base Andrews (20 minutes), Washington DC and Annapolis MD (both are about 40 minutes by car) but you’ll love my place because of the outdoor space and the peace and quiet. For Equestrians, we are within 10 minutes of the Prince George's Equestrian Center as well. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and well-behaved pets. With a full-sized kitchen, this apartment is a great home away from home.
