*3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY* I invite you to stay at my condo.$100 per night, no rate hike bc of time of year. It is nestled in Townsend. This area is known as the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies". My 1st floor condo was built in Nov 2016. The LITTLE RIVER, which originates in the GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK, is a stocked trout river and flows in my backyard. Fly fish & tube it! The CADES COVE entrance to the GSM NATIONAL PARK is just 4 miles away. Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge are near and dear.

We'd love to have you as our guests on the Peaceful Side of the Smokies!! We're somewhat new to Airbnb, but not new to providing wonderful stays at our place in Townsend. Located 2 miles up the mountain from the Townsend Visitor Center, we're in a gated community (not a cabin village) that gives you a private, serene experience just 3 miles from the entrance to the Smokies. We’re in a private neighborhood, so we ask our guests to observe speed limits, one way roads, and quiet hours. Have fun!

Located only 5.6 miles from entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, less than 15 miles from Cades Cove & less than 20 miles from Pigeon Forge. This cozy 2 King bedroom & 2 full bath cabin is nestled within the woods.
