Cosy, self contained one bed apartment attached to our home. Private entrance and off street parking. Everything needed for a comfortable stay, separate bathroom (shower). Kitchenette with a combination microwave/oven/fridge/mini hob. Crockery/cutlery provided as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Washing machine/ironing board. Flat screen TV, separate bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe/desk. 3 mins from two train stations and excellent links to London Bridge (15mins), St Pancras (25 mins).

Peaceful and spacious one bedroom flat, five minutes’ walk from Beckenham Place Park and its gorgeous woodland and swimming pond, and close to Beckenham Hill station, with trains to central London and vibrant South East London (Peckham Rye: 13 mins, Blackfriars: 30 mins). Leicester Square can be reached in 45-55 mins. This would suit those wanting a calm retreat away from the noise and hubbub of the city centre. Beckenham town centre, with its many shops and restaurants, is a ten min bus ride.

The flat is situated on the bottom floor of our Victorian house in the peaceful and leafy Telegraph Hill conservation area. It offers a comfortable bolt hole within easy reach of central London. There is plenty to do locally with green spaces, good pubs and restaurants close by as well as a myriad of Zone 2 transport links.

This unique and private space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, the garden, the privacy and your own entrance with key-box entry. This huge space is about the size of 4 London hotel rooms and so is a bargain. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families with young kids.

A brand new self contained one bed unit. It has its own street access, kitchen and dining downstairs and bedroom, sitting area and en-suite shower upstairs. Its comfortable, well equipped and quiet. Off-street parking is available on request. From 29/8/2023 we are in the London ULEZ low emission zone. We have a key safe for out of hours arrivals. There are great local amenities and attractions and we are ideally placed for exploring London and the South of England.
