Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ ήσυχο μέρος του νησιού έχοντας απόλυτη ηρεμία και ιδιωτικότητα, με θέα το κανάλι μεταξύ Γαλατά και Πόρου. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο του νησιού είναι 6-7 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τα διαμέρισμα διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δυο κανεπέδες, που μετατρέπονται σε κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει κλιματιστικό στην κρεβατοκάμαρα και στον σαλόνι. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει στάση δημοτικού λεωφορείου για την μετακίνηση στο κύριο μέρος του νησιού.
