In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.
