Our place is out in the country but still close town. Your room is separate from the house. It has a comfy double bed, ensuite shower and toilet and small kitchenette in the connecting laundry with microwave, mini fridge and toaster. Tea and freshly ground coffee are provided in your room. We have two acres of paddocks and gardens with friendly farm animals for you to meet and lots of native birds. Three cafes in Ashhurst or 12 mins away in Palmy and Feilding. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

There are no cooking facilities. The sleep out is separate to the main house so you can come and go as you please. Easy self check in/out. NB; breakfast isn't included and due to working full time, check in is from 5pm. Thanks :)
