Tranquility

Relax by yourself or with the family at this peaceful place to stay. The night skies are amazing. If your coming up to fish, the Lake and river are close by and you can park your boat on the gated property. The owners live on the property, but are not on top of you. Also Charlie the dog lives on this property, he is very social. Overlook the town of Oroville with a beautiful view and the Buttes. Minutes from the Hospital and the Gold Country Casino Resort. Several hiking trails nearby.

Newer family home in a lovely little neighborhood. The house is decorated in a cozy country style that invites relaxation. The house is located near the main arteries of Paradise with easy access to Magalia, central Paradise and the Skyway which takes you directly into Chico. The house has three patios and one with a table for outdoor dining. Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is equipped with most everything you need for cooking meals together.

This 3 Bedroom, spacious home is the perfect place to relax, BBQ and swim after a long day on Lake Oroville. Come home to a hot shower and a fresh clean home with all the amenities. The large master bedroom has a double headed shower and jacuzzi tub, as well as a private entrance onto the balcony that looks over the lake.
