Escape to this luxurious apartment just a minute away from two conveniently situated (2minutes away) beaches and gorgeous new Bantry Bay restaurant & deli (Stepbros) We’ll “have you at hello” from the glamorous chandelier foyer through to the nautical-themed master bedroom and elegant lounges. Each room is meticulously styled to combine flair with function - making for a really fun stay. The objective is to surprise & delight Guests to enjoy a unique experience away from home.. Each section of the apartment is themed and styled for function and aesthetics albeit with a slightly playful nature... Downstairs bedroom is Tom Ford-inspired (just in case he would need a place to stay when visiting Cape Town - I remain eternally hopeful...) Kitchen is remnant of Belgium's signature Black & White Contemporary Shaker Style, whilst the open-plan lounge is clearly an ode to Ralph Lauren. Upstairs is Hamptonesque / Cape Cod-ish. Navy & White delight. The Space is filled with Vintage books, good reads, beautiful objet and entertainment essentials. A one minute walk down to the Ocean brings you to the lovely little Saunders's Rock Pool beach for picnics, protected sunbathing and a quick dip in the tidal pool. Regrettably, apartment not suitable for very young children (cute nappy brigade). Kindly note - the Fireplace is to be used with candles for effect only. Designed for lovely fireside effect when lounging in the Love Chairs... Full use of the entire apartment. Just have fun! Privacy for guests alway our departure point. However, we are available to be contacted via sms or phone. Furthermore, information manual awaits Guests at the apartment and lists all the hotspots, favourite local restaurants & excursions, top hairdresser, doctor, uber-pharmacy, short-stay gyms, great spas & more... The President Hotel is right next door & it is less than a minute’s walk to Saunders Beach, the Promenade, MyCiti & fabulous new restaurant & deli (Stepbrothers) at AURUM LUXE On the MyCiti bus route. Trendy Laundry 1 x mins walk away - Washworld (Corner of Queens Road and Sea point's Regent Road). They collect and deliver should you wish them to. They are very inexpensive and offer sameday service for early birds

Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms
