Monthly Rentals in Western North Carolina

This Little OLD Mountain Cabin was such an amazing place to stay! Holly has thought of everything and has provided anything you could possibly need! All of the containers were labeled so that you knew where everything was and was found easily! Comfortable sleeping with the sound of a stream flowing beside the cabin in the big, comfy bed was very welcoming! The areas surrounding the 1874 cabin could not have been more thought out and adorable! It rained so we could sit out by a fire but no one change control the weather! Holly was an awesome host and was a pleasure to talk with anytime we had a question. The only downfall to this sweet cabin is the sometimes musty smell but if you use the air-conditioners, they pull out alot of the moisture which can't be helped due to the location of the cabin itself! This stay was definitely one of our favorites and will be remembered fondly for years to come. Much success to Holly and family and sharing this place for many others for decades to come❤

Jesse’s place was exactly as described. Very convenient for our needs as we were going through a remodel and Jessie‘s place was approximately five minutes away from our home. Everything was exactly as described. More than enough room for my wife and I. Jesse was very responsive to any of our questions. The other guests in the building where very friendly and very quiet. Parking was more than adequate. For the size and quality of the rental my wife and I found the pricing very reasonable. The location for Elizabethton and Johnson City is veryconvenient. I highly recommend this unit and working with Jesse for your rental needs.

A fantastic tiny home experience on a beautiful, peaceful piece of land. It had everything we needed and we had a great time. Very nice hosts. We are dog lovers and enjoyed seeing them from time to time on the large property.

Lorraine and Allen's place is great. It has great amenities at a good price in a beautiful region. I like that I can walk to a nice park and also get groceries at a larger grocery store. Allen and Lorraine are responsive and considerate.
