Nice place, surprisingly more room than I thought, and the bedrooms were all fabulous. The location is even better. Hosts also 10/10. Worth every dollar.

The stay at Jeffry’s place was exceptional. It offered convenient access to Zion, Kanarra Falls, and Bryce Canyon. The spacious layout was perfect, especially the downstairs area designed for kids, complete with a built-in slide and toy box. Jeffry’s clear instructions and smooth communication made everything effortless. The place was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and ideal for large families.

The house was deluxe and the views were outstanding. Since I was in Eden 10+ years ago, it has grown and there are good restaurants in the area. The landlord was very nice and responsive. I'll be back!

Wonderful accommodations and attentive hosts. The condo was exactly as described. Everyone in our group felt comfortable and happy. The location was perfect for our ski trip. We will definitely be back!

Our family created so many fun memories here! We absolutely loved our stay and would come back! The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The home was spacious with beautiful views from every window. The grandkids loved playing in the backyard and the entire family loved gathering in the spacious family room dining and kitchen areas with all of the windows views and beautiful trees I mentioned earlier!! It was such a beautiful setting to create family memories that we will cherish forever! We look forward to a return visit!

Beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to meet our family’s needs. We loved the basement to gather as a family. Close to everything- restaurants, freeway, canyon, work, and had an amazing park within walking distance. Michael was always very responsive and helpful whenever anything came up. We are grateful for such a wonderful home to have an extended stay in.

I’d highly recommend Joe’s Airbnb. It’s a large, nicely kept house with amenities (like a hot tub) that is a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley. And Joe was very responsive during our stay.

This was our 8th trip to Moab and Andrea’s place was the best bang for the buck we have had yet. The house has everything you need(with labeled locations), comfortable beds, a great little garage and ample parking thanks to the two extra spots in front of the house. The pool and play ground are close by, and the house has great views from the patio. We had no complaints during our trip and will happily be back in the future.

Great stay for us. We were picking up daughter from the U after graduation. Garage was so helpful for us as we had to move her out of the dorm and didn’t want to leave her things in the back of the truck overnight. Be aware that someone with mobility issues might struggle as there are 5 steps to navigate at either door. Don’t plan to return to SLC but if we do I would absolutely rebook!

We stayed here a few years ago and found our memory of how great it was to still be accurate! Perfect place for our family with everything we needed and more. The hot tub under a dark sky is unbeatable. Such a cool place.

Had a great time with our family! Had lots of activities available to enjoy or just relax by the pool or lagoon.

We had a wonderful stay at Nathan’s home in Kanab. The house was perfect for our family trip to explore the state and national parks in southern Utah. The privacy and night skies were amazing while still being a short trip to downtown Kanab. Nathan was very responsive and provided great recommendations for the area.

This basement apartment was beautiful! Had everything we needed. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. Host was responsive and friendly. The place made me feel right at home, nice & comfy. Definitely will stay again!

Even better than the pictures. This place is beautiful, inviting, and spacious. Professionally managed. It was perfect for our family with comfortable accommodations for everyone. Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom. Two master suites, two bunk rooms. Lovely back patio. Awesome tv/theater room upstairs. Pet friendly, with a large dog crate available in the garage. Everyone was so impressed with the quality of this rental. Heated pool and jacuzzi. Our trip fell in the middle of spring break season, so it was a bit pricey, but comparable to other listings and way better than a hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Thank you for hosting us!

Megan’s place was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. House very clean, comfortable beds with nice sheets. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was alot of fun! We would stay again!

This is an excellent property close to Zion National Park. We would certainly stay here again.

Our stay here was a 10/10. Beautiful settting and a good home base if visiting Zion and minutes away from town. Always a quick response to any questions we had during our time here. My kids especially enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit the area in the future.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament we were playing in St. George. The location was great and it was nice to have a great place to relax at and spending time together playing games and watching movies after games. The home was spacious and clean!

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend! We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Red Sand’s. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches for children and large parties, made us feel right at home. ❤️

The home was quiet, private and beautiful! Very well stocked, and super clean. The pool was amazing!! My kiddos had a blast. The pool was also heated, which was an extremely nice advantage. Richard was very quick to respond to any questions, and extremely helpful.

I have stayed here before and loved it! Is a place that I would continue to go back to and recommend to others! My only two qualms with booking—that honestly may have been more AirBnb’s issue—was that the price listed for guests changed and when we reached out to AirBnb they redirected us to the host and it never got resolved. The host started she didn’t know how our request for rejected 🤷🏽‍♀️ I will happily blame AirBnb though 😂 The other qualm is how squeaky the bed in the upstairs master was. Any movement on the bed led to the bed squeaking SO loudly which led to a couple sleepless nights. Finally on the last night my husband went to Lowe’s so he could fix it he bed frame 😂 With all that being said, we still love the AirBnb—it’s very clean and well-kept. We had enough amenities and we will be coming back!

In the words of my 8 year old granddaughter "HER FAVORITE PLACE IN ST GEORGE"!! Joe was a great host, very responsive to questions and issues. The home was beautiful and in a great location. The private pool was the best and had a good number of pool toys to use. We loved it was close to Swig, a park, and Harmons:) The walking trail was great and easy to access. We are hoping to rebook later in the summer.

It was our first time to the St George/Hurricane area and it was worth the price of admission. Chris’ spot is in a great area and short drive to just about everything you need. We have 5 people stay at the house and it was spacious and entertaining. Would definitely come back and stay again.
