Family Tent

Our 85+ acre property is located at the foot of the Caren Range mountains, and the edge of gorgeous Ruby Lake, featuring a lagoon & wildlife sanctuary, as well as onsite pump track, hiking trails, boat & board rentals, and a renown Italian restaurant. These quaint "safari style" tents are nestled in the forest, each featuring a queen bed, electric fireplace, & private balcony. The tents are rustic, but have basic creature comforts - including electricity, linens, & shared washroom facilities.

We have two hotel rooms at the Waverley Hotel. We are known for our food, music and atmosphere. We are on main street close to mountain biking, skiing, hiking, boating, golfing, fishing and the nightlife. Our rooms suit music lovers, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Check out our music schedule as the rooms are affected by music & PUB noise. Bands stay upstairs in band rooms which also can cause disturbances. No children. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. 2 day Minimum ONLY

Once a church, our cedar log lodge is perched on a knoll overlooking the ocean. The Great Room (once the worship room) of this magnificent building has vaulted 14” cedar ceilings and plenty of room to stretch out in four conversation nooks including one by the wood stove. Indigenous art hangs on our walls, and books of many variations grace our library. The lodge is the perfect place to take in the ocean, inhale the cedar aroma and loose yourself in the serene vibe of this place.

The Orca Inn

The Orca Inn was built in the 1930's and has had a number of businesses. At one point it was Wong Toy hardware and The Royal Cafe. Both buildings were combined some time in the past. We have a restaurant, outdoor patio (licensed) and a cozy pub. We often have live music in the pub. This room is a cozy ocean view room complete with coffee/tea supplies bed linens and towels. A hairdryer is also provided.
