APARTMAN-LEA (2) - NO PETS!

The house is located away from the main road. Parking is private and is about 50 meters away from the house. The normal road from the parking lot to the apartment is about 270 meters. When arriving, it is not possible to drive all the way to the villa, but it is possible to stop by car about 30 meters from the villa, throw things out and take the car to the parking lot. Lovely view from the balcony to the place and the sea. We communicate with guests in Czech, Slovak, English, and German. Not for guests with mobility needs!

Apartment Toth

The apartment is situated on the first floor of our holiday house. There is nice garden with olive trees, terrace and barbecue place which you deal with owner. You have big private covered terrace and balcony on first floor. House situated on peaceful place where is not so much traffic. It is 300m from two big and long pebbles beaches and 150m from center of village where are market, post office and exchange office. On beaches you also have some restaurant and coffee bars like in village too.

The apartment is spacious with a beautiful sea view. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a pantry and a large terrace. On the ground floor there are two rooms and a bathroom. Condo is quiet. To the sea and the beach there are only 100 m (4 min walk). By the sea is a promenade to nearby places: Gradac and Podaca. Brist is a small and quiet place, but in Gradac there are hotels, restaurants, post office, ambulance and other entertainment facilities.

Dear guests, apartment is located in center of village and provides you quick access to beach,restaurants,bus station,supermarket. It is just few steps from the beach. If you are sport lover you will enjoy walking or running by the sea. The road is 5 km long. Small streets provides you safety for kids because around apartment is no traffic. Free parking,beautifully view from balcony, close beach and relaxing color of apartment are the best choice for you and your family/friends.

Just 150 meters from the beach, this apartment is located on ground floor of the house connecting to spacious and equipped outdoor area with a garden that is NOT shared with other guests. Apartment is newly renovated, just like the whole house. It consists of 2 spacious bedrooms that have their own toilet, air conditioner, tv, and door leading to garden area. There is also equiped kitchen with big fridge. Parking is free and very easy to acess.
