Very nice house, very clean. We felt comfortable. The location is close to the beach. The rooms are very small - as can be seen in the photos. As a welcome, we had a box of chocolate shells. Thank you!

Very nice, clean, perfectly equipped and modern accommodation in a great, quiet location. Dunes, beach and center are within minutes walking distance. We felt very comfortable, our dog Lucy was also very welcome. There were a few delicious attentions for all of us to welcome and always nice deals from the hosts, such as more towels, earlier check-in and later check out. It was a super comfortable stay overall!

Had a wonderful midweek in this cottage. Quiet, spacious and clean with a nice garden. Nice beds too! We had rented bicycles from "the neighbors" (campsite De Markies) and cycled nicely through the beautiful North Holland Dune Reserve from the cottage. Bergen, Schoorl and of course the beach at Egmond aan Zee are also easily accessible. Also enjoyed the beautiful flower fields in the immediate area. Communication with Marleen and Martijn went smoothly. We put this cottage on our wishlist!

Patrick was a very good host. He was super quick to respond and took care of all concerns. The place was very nice, clean and is close to the beach. we were very satisfied and had a great stay.

Very nice little house, also suitable for families. The park in which the house is located is very nicely laid out and you are less than 1h (depending on traffic 30-45min) from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague. You can take the rental bikes to the surrounding villages. The beach is within walking distance and it is a nice walk. Communication with the landlady was also great and the property manager on site is also a super sweet and supportive person. Everyone is easily accessible, respond quickly and have good tips. We had 2 dogs with us and it was ultra straightforward and everything very dog friendly. We would book again at any time

Thanks to Sacha for her responsiveness! We had a lovely time, the accommodation is very well located 25 minutes from Amsterdam! Sacha gave us tips on how to get to Amsterdam easily! The place was very clean and equipped to the right need! 😊

We had a really great time in the "sea time." With a lot of love for detail, Stefan and Tim have created a home where you feel comfortable and at home from the first minute. We highly recommend the "Meerzeit"!

Very nice cozy house, comfortable beds, cozy living room, nice kitchen all clean, large bathroom, nice outdoor area, whole house very nicely decorated. Explore many sights by car, good location. Would definitely recommend it.

What a nice house! The children could ride the go-karts around the house and sit in various places in the garden. We enjoyed it very much! Alvaro and Iris responded very quickly!

We visited Gabriella and had a really nice time there. Unfortunately, the weather was not so nice, but we made the best of it. Gabriella was very kind and helpful, gave us a short briefing and explained the hot tub. There were also bicycles available, but we did not use them. The beds were comfortable and everyone had space. The whole apartment was in great condition and you had an eye for detail. We would like to come back next time, but to have a change, we would take another apartment from Gabriella.

Great place to stay with a nice porch to hang out outside! Communication with Emiel was very straightforward, a great host :) For longer stays, more storage space for clothes would be good. Overall, however, everything is great :)

And I liked it very much, it is all clean and everything you need is there! The only thing is that the bathroom is only separated by a curtain, but as a family it did not bother us much. In addition, you can quickly reach the most beautiful hotspots. I'd love to come back 😊

A cozy little terraced house, barrier-free and with many (sometimes smaller) bedrooms - comfortably renovated! Located in a slightly older, but well-maintained holiday park, close to the dunes and within walking distance of a (swimming) lake with great gastronomy - recommended for long weekends!

We loved our time here, the house was the perfect base for us to go and explore. The setting is idyllic. We loved the canal at the end of the garden and all the wildlife (especially the herons!), did lots of local walks and were grateful for a wide selection of bikes that allowed us to cycle to a local pancake house one day! The house matches the description and is very clean. It has good facilities including coffee machine and lots of cooking utensils plus lots of games and furniture in the garden. Blackout blinds in the bedrooms were great. We didn’t need the aircon sadly 🤣

The place was very nice, super cozy and sunny! I really enjoyed my stay :-)

My family felt very comfortable here, like at home. Nice place to relax from the city. Half an hour by bicycle from the sea. But there is a supermarket and a bakery nearby. Marion gave good advice for relaxation. The Netherlands and Marion's house are wonderful.
