Pure 02882. Walk to the beach in minutes. Check the waves from the bathroom window. Use it as a home base for the Philharmonic, the crash pad for the destination wedding for extended family or a chill few days at the beach. Wander back along the beach from a late night at Coast Guard. And just live in an unpretentious oasis. It’s not fancy, it’s a really great spot with parking for at least 6 cars within a Roger Clemens’ stones throw from the beach.

This historic home is a perfect rental for a family reunion or corporate event. The house features 8 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, chef's kitchen, back deck, front porch, and private parking for 10 cars. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the harbor. Please be advised that we do not allow parties, wedding events, bachelor/bachelorette parties. The property is fully restored and too valuable to function as a party house.
