Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have your own private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. A FULL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The b and b is located separately and closed off from main house. Private entrance, a private bedroom and a private bathroom. There is one b and one b space.

The Music Box is the nicest B&B to enjoy the city delights of Leeuwarden as friends or "set" (the beds can be made separately or together!). You will stay in a private room on the BG, in the front of a monumental building, which is centrally located in a historic place near the city center. Featuring a private terrace with city views, bathroom, and kitchenette, the room is decorated with art and music items to add a special touch to your stay. It's small but surprisingly nice and nice!

The location in the heart of Lemmer is amazing. The view of the boats in the canal gives you an instant holiday feeling. The unique bed and breakfast is located on the upper floor of the house. From your French balcony you overlook the water (the Dock) and the passing boats. The entire floor has been converted into a large luxury guest house with a separate bedroom. Warm materials like wood, reeds, and rattan set the atmosphere. Serene, tasteful and with a high level of finish.

You can walk within 7 minutes to the city centre of Leeuwarden and within 3 minutes to the station (0,25 miles).

In our B&B you can relax in the nature and is cozy. It has a kitchenette with a 1-burner electric hob and terrace on the back. We live near Franeker, on the Elfstedenroute for cyclists and hikers. You can visit here in all directions, to the sea dike, the Wadden Islands and nice towns. You can use an outdoor fireplace, for 5 euros you have a basket full of wood. Breakfast is not included. This can be booked for 7.50 euros per person. See you soon!
