Beautiful bright modern, beachy Florida vacation home right on the Yacht Club Islands. A spectacular view of the super wide canal with a short boat ride to the river. You can also have a boat at the dock. Truly a spectacular view from the heated pool lanai and oversized dock. Sunsets from the dock are incredible. Truly one of the best water views in Cape.

This is a spacious home on a canal close to the open Caloosahatchee River. Enjoy an evening cocktail next to the large pool as the sun sets.
