Apartment vacation rentals in La Maddalena

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful host

We had the most incredible time at Enrico’s apartment. He was a very generous host, and the apartment was beautiful. It’s a 5 minute walk into the centre of Maddalena, with an incredible view of the sea. I would highly recommend staying in the flat.

Absolutely Stunning! The view is breathtaking — picture-perfect. The space is stylish comfortable and charming. Located in the heart of the magnificent old town of Bonifacio , wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and the market are just steps away, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat. Morning coffee and evening wine with that view? Pure magic. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay, this is it!

Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

We spent two nights in Grace's place. She is super welcoming and gave us plenty of good advice for visiting the island. The place is tastefully decorated and has everything you'll need, so you can go there without a second thought. The port and the city center are about a 15-minute walk away, which is very pleasant. As a bonus, there is a cute little kitten who came to visit us every night in the outdoor kitchen. He loves human presence and cuddles! Thanks for the two days.

Luca and Nicole were very friendly and responsive. The place was clean, bright and chic. Made good use of the bbq and patio area as well as the handy amenities such as the washing machine and dishwasher. Overall a great stay that is walking distance to the town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alice is a lovely host and was also directly available for questions and concerns. The bay below is beautiful and within walking distance. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city. The apartment is quietly located, but has no balcony or terrace, but for a short stay completely fine:)

Serena’s place was as expected from the listing. It is perfect for 2 adults, we didn’t need the sofa bed. It is easily walkable in to the centre of La Maddalena, and from 2 supermarkets(as well as a fantastic fresh pasta shop) The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to eat, drink and cook(we were there for a week, and ate in 4 nights out of 7) The balcony is small, but the view is fabulous As listed, it is 3 flights up, so not ideal for someone with dodgy knees or shortness of breath, and carrying the suitcases up is a bit of a chore(but we were aware of it before we booked) The host and her colleagues were friendly, helpful and responsive La Maddalena and its beaches are absolutely gorgeous- highly recommended

It was a fantastic stay. The view from the apartment is amazing. We enjoyed it very much. The town is in walking distance and a perfect balance between the city and your own quite space. We can definitely recommend the Apartment

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

Jessica’s place was perfectly located, so close to the port. Easy walk to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and gelato! The accommodation had everything you needed to cook at home as well as a fridge bags/ice blocks to take for picnics on the nearby beaches. Friendly and very helpful/responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation was great. If you are looking for a large and well-equipped apartment with a terrace, this is the place for you. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. It makes sense to have a car to reach the accommodation. Wifi is not available, we would have liked this. We had a great stay and the communication was great - thank you very much.

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Excellent, the area is perfect, the view is perfect, everything that is included with the room is incredible (sauna, pool, spa etc), the bed, the kitchen everything was perfect. Claudio is a great co-host, he offered us fresh eggs one morning, he is a good person and we recommend this accommodation!

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.
