This delightful house is tucked away in a grove of trees overlooking the Vermont Saltpan,which is a bird sanctuary. Recent solar panels on the roof feed into a battery and inverter system. Loadshedding is no longer an issue. This tastefully furnished, four bedroom home, is fully equipped caters for upto 8 guests. The perfect place to getaway from it. The Saltpan is fed only by rainfall and run-off from the mountains and in years when there has been low rainfall the pan often dries out.

This lovely, fresh and comfortable holiday home in the artistic village of Onrusrivier is 15 min walk from the beach, lagoons and coastal footpaths. Offers amazing entertainment area, perfect for lazy breakfasts and barbecue in the evenings. Close to family-friendly activities and walking distance from lovely restaurants and even a cocktail bar. Wifi, 1 plate gas stove and chargeable lights available during loadshedding. The house comes fully decorated and furnished as seen on pictures.

Heligan Studio: Walk to beach & famous cliff path

Charming, comfortable, bright, upstairs -studio leading onto a balcony with scenic views of the indigenous gardens, mountains and glimpses of the sea. The cliff path is a few minutes away from all the beaches and Fernkloof Nature Reserve is close by to explore our many mountain trails and unique 'fynbos" flora, overlooking the town of Hermanus and up into the mountains. Several good restaurants are close by and in walking distance. At night driving to eat out is the best option.

Our home has great views of both the sea and mountain and is 5 mins by car to restaurants, town centre, the beach, and family-friendly activities. Just 500mtrs to mountain walks, 2.5km to the cliff paths (where you can watch the whales), world class beaches, stunning views of Walker Bay & 2km to a top class 27 hole golf course. We offer a relaxed ambience, comfy beds & lots of outdoor space. WE HAVE BATTERIES/INVERTERS AND GAS TO COOK - LOAD SHEDDING BECOMES A MINOR INCONVENIENCE!
