Entire house - Garage is used ONLY as storage for beach chairs, pool floats, and fishing equipment - not for cars. Please do not open garage door.

Other things to note
We’re happy to offer the grill for your use during your stay! Please be sure to clean it thoroughly after use, leaving it in the same condition as when you found it. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is not cleaned properly. All necessary cleaning utensils are provided, along with a griddle cleaning kit for your convenience.

The pool is heated to a comfortable 85°F. If you’d like the pool temperature increased above 85°F, there is an additional charge of $20 per day.
