Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

Location! Location! This apartment is within close distance to the best Deli restaurants and supermarket in town. The house faces the canal with breathtaking views we have cameras facing the canal and pool area in order to protect guests from any small animals that might be around. The apartment is attached to the main house with one bedroom one bathroom living room and a functional full kitchen in the Lanai area Is only for 2 persons. No children at this time.

We have a refreshing saltwater pool that is heated in the winter, the pool overlooks the canal and the dock. Villa Palm Breeze is tastefully decorated in tropical flair. Heated pool was just resurfaced and done with new pavers. New free standing hot tub was also added to the pool area.
