We are a DESTINATION resort! Come see us when you’re ready for a full reset, and a relaxing break from your everyday.

Guest access
We own 12 acres here on Lake Murray, adjacent to another 10 unoccupied acres which form the peninsula in the QUIETEST cove around, and you’re welcome to enjoy all of it.

We have marked out a few wonderful little walking trails which take you alongside the water, which are also great for fishing.

Many professional fishermen stay here… and even more amateurs!

There’s a fire pit in your back yard, and you can walk off your porch to the right or left and hit lake.

We sell wood on site please don’t bring it from outside our forest.

We also rent canoes and kayaks, and because we’re situated behind prices bridge we are one of the very best places to ride non-motorized boats on Lake Murray.

And to repeat myself: we do not have big boat access to big water

We are behind the only LOW BRIDGE on all of Lake Murray, and that means you will not have a typical Lake experience with other people driving around making noise drinking beer or otherwise being obnoxious.

This is an incredibly quiet and relaxing place for you to make memories with your family and loved ones .

Other things to note
Please read all of the following before booking:

* we live way out in the country

….And we have lots of animals. This includes dogs, who in some cases, may bark a welcome when you arrive.

Bring good intentions and fear not.

We do have SMALL children on premises.

If you’re bringing a child, rest assured we’re ready for it!

Since our dogs get along with most dogs, we let them run off leash.

If YOU bring a dog, OR ANY OTHER ANIMAL, EVEN IF IT’S A SERVICE ANIMAL, note two things:

1. Sneaking animals onto our property won’t work.

We live here and we’ll know.

2. Each dog owner must pay a one-time additional CLEANING fee..

That goes entirely to the hard-working people who maintain our units.

We think this is more than fair for many reasons.

We could be pet-free, but we’re animal lovers, so, we bear the burden.

Please respect these policies.

Neighborhood highlights

Parking is unlimited, we’ve had 18-wheelers, lots of fisherman bring their boats, trailers and ski-doos.

We have a private boat launch and dock which gives you access to our cove. You're welcome to borrow fishing poles from us -- depending on the season we've got all sorts of equipment -- if you need something just ask!

NOTE: for those of you bringing boats, our land lies behind the ONLY LOW BRIDGE on all of Lake Murray.

This means a couple things:

#1---almost zero boat traffic and noise

#2---unless your boat rides fairly low in the water, you'll need to access either of the two boat launches onto Lake Murray "proper" as you may not fit under the low bridge.

(Public launches are within a mile of us)

Even as I write this, I'm looking out on the water and there's no one about. It really is CLOSE to having our own private lake. :)
