New cozy little apartment in the attic of a boathouse. It's right by the water, sandy beach and a small marina. Wonderful views of the sea, the countryside and the high mountains. Hósvík is centrally located in the Faroe Islands and is the perfect base for exploring the islands, or just relax in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The apartment is perfect for individuals/couples, with or without children, who do not need much indoor space. There are narrow stairs in the apartment, i.e. unsuitable for people who are not fully mobile.

You can find our cosy cottage in our backyard just by the sea. Here you can relax and enjoy the quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings. The cottage is suitable for a couple or two persons. Within a walking distance, there is a café/bar, tourist center, sagamuseum, souvenirshop, restaurant, birdcliff sightseeing, sea angling trips and a grocery store. In the neighbour house, there is an old authentic café, where you can buy handmade faroese crafts. 500 m to the bus connection to Tórshavn.

Cosy cottage next to the ocean facing the fiord

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor. The house is situated 2,5 km from the city centre of Torshavn in a quiet area.

Large, peaceful apartment in the middle of the Faroe Islands. Geographically central. The longest distance by car is approximately 1 hour's drive. 6 of the islands are connected by tunnels and bridges. It is about 15 min to Tórshavn through the new underwater tunnel. Quiet village by the sea. Nice view from the livingroom. You will love my home because of the peace, the view and the surroundings.

We renovated this old boathouse recently. There is rowingboat available as well. It is the family’s boat. The house offers you a peacefull sanctuary to collect your thoughts. 5 minutes walking distance to groceryshopping. Bus stop to the rest of the island is oposite the house as well. There is a bed for two people and a couch that also can fit two people

This special place is very well insulated and warm, and is close to the sea and at the end of a dead end road. The home is a total of 20 m2, and is a room with a kitchen and beds plus a modern bathroom with shower. There is a baking oven and hot plates, extractor hood. Refrigerator with built-in freezer.
