Keep it simple at this peaceful little oasis located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all the fun stuff! We are a 5 min drive to beautiful beaches at Hammonassett State Park, a 6 min drive to Chamard Vineyards and close to many other lovely bars/restaurants. We are walking distance to Clinton’s little downtown, the train station (can easily get to New Haven and NYC) and the waterfront, where you can hit up Lobster Landing- Clinton’s very own home of the greatest lobster roll in New England!

Had an excellent stay at Eileen’s place. The house was extremely clean and perfect size for a couple. Beautiful view and surroundings. Only wish I had more time to explore the area. Would definitely stay here again if I return.

The cottage is very well maintained, beautifully decorated, super clean and spacious. You’ll find everything you need there! The location is great, the beach is a 5 minutes walk, neigh bits are very friendly and quiet. Within a short drive you’ll find lots of restaurants, all is listed by Joe in the cottage! We loved spending a few days here and would love to come back!

We had a great time! The unit is very clean and comfortable and has everything you would need. The unit is exactly as pictured and described. The outdoor amenities (hot tub, deck and grill) are a huge bonus. The outdoor space is so calm and serene. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and there are plenty of food/dining options within driving distance in lieu of a full kitchen (which is already described). Delicious lobster rolls are only a few minutes away via car which is great! While we were there we visited Lake Compounce as well as the USS Nautilus - that was fun! Suzanne is such a kind and wonderful host. She made our stay extra pleasant and was always available to answer questions or provide anything necessary. She provided a snack basket which came in handy and was much appreciated. Her dog,Molly, is a sweet dog and we enjoyed her company. We are so grateful for Suzanne and her warm hospitality :) Thank you once again!

This Abnb is absolutely adorable!! Loved every single thing about it. We stayed for my nieces wedding. Her rehearsal was at Chamard Vineyard which was only minutes away. The wedding was at Madison Beach Hotel quick easy 15 minute drive! I Highly highly recommend staying at this Abnb …Super clean, very spacious, tranquil sunroom, 4 bedrooms and 2 full bath! Anna was so nice and super helpful. Definitely would stay again ☺️
