omg the place is amazing but no elevator and it can be very tiring for an elderly person, someone with knee problems need to be is shape after 4 days you get used to it.

Perfect place to stay if you're wanting to explore the city. Is very central and within walking distance to everything. Great views of the city too

Great place very clean, great location we felt very safe at any hour of the day to walk around and explore the surrounding neighborhood Nice park, cafés and coffee places within short walk in distance and several grocery stores

Maria's place was a great and very comfortable home base for exploring Madrid, in an active neighborhood and also very close to a metro station. (The neighborhood itself has some great restaurants, cafes and bakeries.) The weather got quite warm later in the week, but the apartment remained pleasantly cool. (It gets the morning sun and avoids the afternoon sun, plus the air conditioning was effective at maintaining a comfortable temperature.) The space was perfect for the two of us, with a nice kitchen, comfortable (and quiet) bedroom, and pleasant living area. Bathroom and shower were great. Overall, we spent more time out and about than hanging out in the apartment, but while we were there we were very comfortable. Maria was very communicative and proactive. We couldn't imagine a better spot for our week in Madrid.

This house is a renovated old house, as bright, spacious and comfortable as the photos, it is really not easy to have such a large location in the city center.But it's still a bit far from the subway station, and you may still need to cross some alleys at night.The Latin Quarter is still very relaxing in the morning.Overall, it's exactly the same as the photos!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Great location in a charming neighborhood. Lots of places around to shop for groceries, and small cafes and restaurants. Lola was an amazing host.

Great location in the Chueca neighborhood near all of the hustle and bustle but on a quieter side street. Excellent roof deck to enjoy sunset and watch the city. Hosts were super helpful. I would stay here again.

We stayed in this apartment for three weeks while working remotely, and it was a fantastic experience. Modern and tidy with fun mid-century touches, it’s a peaceful oasis in the heart of Malasaña. Remarkably well insulated from street noise, you don’t realize the lively buzz of the neighborhood until you step outside. We slept incredibly well, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and Seo was super responsive. Not a complaint—just a note: there isn’t a lot of natural light. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with my three kids! The apartment looked exactly like the photos clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. The location was perfect…just a short walk to the metro and only 2 minutes from a Día grocery store, which was super convenient. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our time in Madrid. I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I visit!

We had a very nice and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and is available at all times in case you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from Gran Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Raquel and her team do a great job with communication and making sure you have all the information needed. The place was very cute and has all the necessities for a stay. Most importantly, it has ac and heating that can be controlled by you. It is conveniently located, walking distance to most things and is on a small street out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
