Apartment located in one of the most charming areas of the city just 20 meters from the Roman Bridge, 200 meters from the Casa Lis in the historic center but surrounded by green areas. The apartment was renovated in May 2017. It is located on the ground floor of the building and is distributed over two floors. On the main floor is the living room/kitchen and the bathroom, and on the lower floor (semi-basement) ,which has ancient walls integrated into the house, two double bedrooms.

Every day 5 inhabitants live so calm is assured. Piedrahita is 10min. drive, for shopping. Just 30 minutes from many places of interest: Peñanegra flight area, Corneja Valley, La Covatilla ski resort, Jerte valley and many routes that you can do on foot and also by bike.

Centrally located penthouse with the best view in town

Penthouse located on the banks of the Tormes River, next to the Roman Bridge and cathedrals. It is the former headquarters of an independent publishing house. It's truly central, but far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The views offered by its three terraces are unbeatable: the authentic Salamanca postcard. It also has WiFi, A/C in all rooms and a large garage space included in the price at which the elevator arrives.
