This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) offers complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. Our home is within a few minutes drive from Meridian Village, Boise Towne Square Mall, movie theaters, and I-84. Airport is 13 minutes away. (Please let me know ahead of time if you are bringing pets).

This is a duplex with a private yard. Each side is an air b and b. It was built in the 1920's a duplex. Each unit is approximately 700 square feet. Completely remodeled three years ago with all new appliances, fenced in private yard with deck, close to downtown! Lovely quiet historical neighborhood. Home has one bedroom, with dining area, living room with sofa that turns into a sofa bed and kitchen as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sleeps four. Bathroom is off bedroom.

This home is a mid-century brick home at the end of a quiet dead-end street that is by the historical Boise Depot. Our home is completely remodeled and feels like a luxury suite. Easy to walk and bike, centrally located just minutes from Downtown, Hyde Park, Esther Simplot Park, The Boise River Greenbelt, and the Ridge to Rivers trail system. Free EV charging (Tesla port, although bring your adapter for other cars), and access to our hot tub in the back yard included. Plenty of safe street parking for large cars, or cars hauling trailers out front of house.

Located 1/2 mile SW of BSU & two blocks from Boise's historic Train Depot, The Gem is a very short distance to downtown. Several local restaurants are within walking distance of the home. This very quiet neighborhood is so close to everything! Smart TV w/ full cable package, all ESPN channels and Netflix provided. Large private driveway for easy parking.
