Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

A beautiful apartment on the top floor of a large house that was build during the time of the Arts and Crafts Movement in the 19th century. It is surrounded by old trees in Hermsdorf, a neighborhood of Berlin that is only 25 Minutes away from Friedrichsstrasse, the Brandenburg Gate and the city center of Berlin. The stylish 830 sq feet big apartment includes a large and sunny living room with floor to ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub.

Cosy flat with 22 m2 bedroom and separated kitchen

The flat and the area is very quiet, and we have no neighbors on the other side of the street. At the moment there's a scafolding , but no noise and no window obstruction. the roof is being repaired The bedroom feels spacious 5 minutes walk from the canal , and 15/20 minutes from many of bars, restaurants and the party areas. Also 15/20 minutes walk from Treptower park. Free Parking around At night if you're lucky you can see foxes from the window Registration Number : 08/Z/AZ/009608-20

For days when I´m off Berlin because of job, I offer my two bedrooms apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment has two bright bedrooms with comfortable double beds, working places, wardrobes and one with access ţo sunny balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the whole apartment is access to WIFI.This apartment is located 10 minutes from S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Schönhauser Alle(only 4 stations from Alexanderplatz). Cosy Berlin apt close to KaDeWe

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). There is a kids bedroom with two beds as well. Families welcome but also couples without kids can enjoy our apartment. Happy to give you some Berlin insider tipps!

Our cozy apartment welcomes you generously and elegantly on 2 floors. You will enjoy your holiday in a quiet home only 5 minutes walk from the beach of Müggelsee - and yet in the middle of the life of the beautiful Bölschestraße.
