Unique mountain cabin on your own island!

Experience the mountain at this unique and peaceful family cabin. The cottage is beautifully situated on a separate island in Otrøvatnet at Filefjell. It was built in the late 50s and has traditional style, but has running water and electricity. The cabin has a practical space with large living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen, hallway, four bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate toilet. Outdoor house with sauna. There is also a charcoal grill, fire pit, rowboat, fishing equipment, games and some children's toys. There is about 10 minutes to walk on the path from parking.

Cheerful cabin by Tyin with a view into Jotunheim

Recharge in stunning surroundings! At the banks of Tyin you have a view straight into Jotunheimen. If you are lucky, you will wake up to the grouse as tiles on the outside of the cabin and maybe drink your morning coffee while watching the reindeer animals on the outside. You will live in the middle of the sandwich with endless hiking opportunities. During summertime you can drive all the way up to the cabin. In the winter you will not come to the cabin by car. It takes about 1/2 hour to ski depending on the driving conditions. It is also possible to order scooter transport.

New and modern cabin. Magnificent view. Ski in/out

New and modern cabin from 2020 with amazing view and lots of space! Great hiking terrain in summer and winter. The cabin is located right on the slope with ski in/ski out, lots of off piste opportunities! 140 km of prepared cross country trails straight out from the cabin, in addition to a number of nice top hiking opportunities with fantastic views of Jotunheimen. The cabin is large and spacious over two levels. Suitable for two families, with plenty of room in the downstairs TV room, as well as a living room with a fireplace where you can relax after a long day out.

"Enclosed" offers a charming and easy experience for those who want to disconnect in nature. With no running water but with access to fresh creek water right outside. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas-powered hob. Kitchen and living room in one. A solar panel provides power for 12 volts. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. In the loft there is an air mattress for an extra sleeping space. The cabin is wood fired. An outhouse and an inside outhouse. Road all the way. Bed linen and towels must be brought.

Unassuming location at 1100 meters high. Good fishing opportunities in nearby water. Bed linen and towels must be brought. Cleaning is done by tenant Drive way in summer all the way to the cabin

New cozy cabin just a few meters from the ski lift. 8 beds. - 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, bathtub/shower. Bright and cozy kitchen and living room w/high under the roof, with good views. Amazing hiking opportunities all year year! TV 1.+2. floor. w/Apple TV. 3 parking spaces. Large terrace + balcony. It is a very good starting point. for trips at all levels, both strolls and top hikes - at the entrance gate to Jotunheimen. 2 minutes to take the skis to the ski slope, and for miles of hiking trails. Great located cabin on Filefjell with garage.

Great cabin in a good location and a lovely view of Otrøvatn and the mountains around. Garage with space for a car in addition to parking right outside the cabin. The cabin is located at the entrance of Jotunheimen with the possibility of many nice walks summer and winter. Immediate proximity to miles of prepared skiers and alpine systems. There are also many opportunities for great randonee hikes in the nearby area. In the summertime, the place is a great starting point for mountain hiking, cycling and fishing.

Cozy apartment on Filefjell for rent

The apartment is located on Nystuen on Filefjell, about 970 moh. Here you have a wide range of activities with access throughout Jotunheimen, summer and winter. great and easy terrain to hike in. The apartment is located just off Untested, where it's popular to fish in the summer and kite in the winter. The ski tracks go right outside the building and you have access to miles of slopes. It is also nice to go mountain skiing in the area and short way to alpine resorts.
