Then we'll go to Independencia 2 to see more about the second part of the history, explaining about the biggest urban mass grave in a all the world, Present and Transformation of the Comuna 13 as well. This fantastic tour that lasts all day, we will be visiting 5 archaeological centers, important for its architecture and majesty of its buildings, we will start this adventure by visiting Chinchero, where we will meet about obtaining wool and dyeing them for the fabulous original fabrics of the area. Then we will be heading to Moray, important for the form of his platforms for agriculture, then we will visit the Salt Mines of Maras. Approximately half a day we will have a Buffet lunch with the area's own food, this before visiting the majestic architecture of Ollantaytambo, the living Inca city today. Finally we will visit Pisaq, important for its large construction and location in the Inca era. Throughout the tour we will visit 3 local shops where products made by the same inhabitants revaluing ancestral customs and traditions are offered for sale, and the guide will give us all the information of each place to visit. Welcome to my home, your home! I'm Mimi Lopez Hernandez and the first thing we will do is cook our own sauce for our authentic Oaxacan breakfast. Then we will learn about the organic ingredients that we will use in our traditional Oaxaca recipe: one of the famous seven moles of Oaxaca and some delicious tamales in the style of our valley; we will make a toast with mezcal to start the experience and hands to work. Oaxacan cuisine is world represented by famous dishes that we can prepare and so you know a little more about our way of eating them, these dishes will be the ones you will take in your heart and you will learn how to do it from the beginning to the end. Don't forget that you'll be involved in each process to understand the cultural meaning of each other, you'll learn how to make tortillas by hand and put them in the comal, so come ready to participate and eat!
